COD_REQUISICAO	Requisition identifier (must be unique)	string	None.
NUM_REQUISITANTE	Number of the request user (currently not used)	integer	None.
NOME_REQUISITANTE	Name of the request user (currently not used)	string	None.
CODIGO	Material Code (must exist in the system´s database)	string	None.
DESCRICAO	Material Description (must exist in the system´s database)	string	None.
